A BA’s primary responsibility is to drive the client’s business processes by analysing its present state and suggesting specific solutions for improving organizational needs and profitable growth of the organization. Business analysts are required to analyse and communicate information with clients to the developers and owner team. They are responsible, accountable, informatic and consonant for the organization’s development. BA is required to be an active intermediary between the gap between stakeholders and the IT professionals’ team.

Extracting the requirements and using those requirements to get the IT team on board and understand what the client wants is one of the most significant responsibilities for BAs. The BA must also effectively document the information that they have found to ensure that the client’s requirements are mentioned fully and that nothing is overlooked.

Analysation: –

The most critical responsibility of a BA is to analyse the information collected in a detailed analysis. BA reviews the elements in detail to understand what the business needs to do to achieve its goals. During this stage, the BA will also be required to interact with the development team and project owner team. This brings us to the next responsibility, communicating with a broad range of people from time to time.

Communication: –

To understand their problems and needs, you need to engage with business stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs). As a business analyst, it is essential to create and deliver quality presentations with the help of visualisation. Successful business analysts must also spend countless hours communicating and planning. To succeed, they need to listen properly and focus fully to recognize and understand verbal and nonverbal data.

Implementation: –

The next responsibility is to strategies to design new systems or modify existing business systems or processes using user stories. The business analyst’s most critical job is to spend time identifying multiple options for solving challenges. This is followed by selecting the most appropriate business analyst. BA makes specific IT recommendations and supports the IT team in the implementation phase by connecting on daily basis.
