What are the project priorities? Why this is important ? How to handle this ?
one of the reason for failure of project is poor strategy planning. Planning is made and with the help of priority we can plan the most important to least important assignments in a project. User stories is a good example which provides the requirements with the priority. Project priority refers to importance or urgency of any task in a project.
Project priority plays a important part in any project by providing the correct allocation os resources / requirements based on their unique needs. By prioritizing tasks, a company can set their time and money it spends on least important projects and often provides balance multiple assignments at same time.
To handle projects one need to determine the strategic goals from, prioritize each task accordingly, create a scoring system, have a review on risk of the project, have to create a balance between high and low priority. For better understanding we can create a list of projects first, then organize them by obvious priority level, determine prioritization criteria, analyze and rank tasks and start working.
