Prerequisite of a Business Analyst are as follows :

when a project is being launched while collecting requirements when collaborating with stakeholders while validating the final outcome
To convey ideas, facts, and opinions to stakeholders.
Cost-Benefit Analysis
An analysis of costs and benefits is used by the business analyst when new projects are undertaken by the organizations.
Creation of Reports and Dashboards
Business analysts must be proficient in using various business intelligence tools for creating reports and dashboards.
Business analysts develop general reports and dashboard reports to solve decision-making problems.
A thorough knowledge of Tableau and Power BI is necessary to make reports based on the requirements of the business.
Documentation and Presentation
A business analyst should prepare the project document very clearly with teachings and results very well, clearly, and briefly.
They should confidently present their project findings and outcomes.
Business analysts should be able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical employees with the help of organized documentation.
