Stakeholders are all the groups of persons or people or organizations who are involved in the completion of a project whether directly or indirectly. There are three types of stakeholders:
1. Project Side – These stakeholders are those directly involved in the building of the project. Eg: Technical Teams, Business Analysts
2. Business Side – These stakeholders are the sponsors of the project. Eg: Project Manager, Business Sponsors
3. Third party – These will be people who provide knowledge and expertise but are outside the organizations. Eg: Auditors.
