Role of Business Analyst in scrum

Scrum is a structure that helps team work together. Scrum is an agile development methodology used in the development of software based on an iterative and incremental process. Agile is a software development methodology to build a software incrementally using short term duration 1 to 4 weeks or 3 month maximum 6 month.. So that the development process is aligned with the changing business needs. Agile adopts a process of frequently feedback where a workable product is delivered after 1 to 4 weeks iteration. Long term process agile is not used. It is more risky one.

Scrum is helps to finish the complex problem.
1. The product owner order the work for a complex problem in a product backlog.
2. The scrum team turns the selection of the work in to the incremental value during the sprint.
3. The scrum team and its stakeholder inspect the results and adjust for the next sprint.
4. Repeat.

• Iteration method = Define test code. It is done every week. It goes iteration 1 2 3 and till end.
• Scrum describes a set of meetings tools, and roles that work in concert to help team structure and manage their work accordingly.
• Scrum structure consist of Scrum master- product owner- Development team (QA AND UX) Under the development team.
• It should not be less than 5 members.
• It should not be more than 11 members.

Scrum role.
1. Acts as a communication bridge between Requirement sources and Development team.

2. Gather requirements.

3. Convert those requirement in to understandable formats like epics, user stories, and Acceptance criteria.

4. Fills and owns the backlog.

5. Prioritization of user stories to backlog. (What needs to develop first).

6. Clarifies if any question by Development team.

7. Change the management negotiator.

8. Done the project

9. Demo the product to end user or Product owner.

10. Start new project.

Scrum briefly explanation
Scrum master role is manage the team and give proper guideline to the team. Every week the team discucss the do’ s and don’t;s of the process. It is helpful for next project.
Scrum is an agile methodology and it is using very often in companies nowadays. It is short term process. It is time saving and customer satisfaction. Project development company reputation also increase. It is not suitable for long term process. It give profit to the company.
Today most of the companies are recommend agile methodology only.
There are three exam in scrum 1. Scrum foundation professional exam 2. Scrum master 3. Scrum professional exam.
It is useful to become scrum master.
