Role of BA in UAT:

UAT is conducted to access if the system can support day to day business and user scenarios to ensure the system is correct and ready to use.

• BA ensures that the system is built as per the requirement specifications.
• BA takes the signoff from the stakeholders.
• Test cases are prepared and performed during UAT by the business users and the BA.
• BA can clear doubts and questions of the users during test scenarios.
• BA helps in determining the severity of the errors.
• BA performs high level testing and prepares client for UAT.
