Railway Reservation Tickets

In this case, railway reservation system used to book tickets through the internet. A customer can book tickets from anywhere to any part of the country using internet.

They are two types on booking the ticket one is I-ticket and another one is E-ticket. Before booking the tickets, the customer has to check for the availability of the train and also for tickets.

In case of I-ticket customer will book a ticket using internet and after booking the tickets are booked and they are delivered to the customer address which customer has given at the time of booking a ticket, the amount is deducted from the customer account which is given initially.

Whereas, in E-ticket customer will book tickets online and he can also cancel tickets online. Once the ticket is booked the customer can take print of the tickets online, even in this case, amount is deducted from the customer account which is given initially.

For cancellation of I-tickets customer has to go to the nearby railway reservation office and ask the clerk to cancel the ticket. After cancelling the amount will be refunded to the customer account.
