Raci matrix full form is Resposnsible, accountable, consulted and informed.These four roles cover the roles of stakehhollders who must complete the tasks or deliverables of a project. Raci chart do not have multiple people working on the same task .
Responsible : who owns the workA project manager typically creates a RACI chart to avoid missing those important details and ensure clear communication throughout the project.
Accountable :who will approve the work
Consulted : The person who provides input and feed back on the deliverables
Informed : The person who is kept informed regarding the progress of the project.

A raci chart will help the manger to track the progress of the chart.
It encourages team members to take responsibility of their work .
Decsion making process can hold the project, there may be conflict regarding ownership and work distribution.
Rules:
- For every task one person will be responsible and no team members should be overburdened with many tasks and there should be no confusion in their roles.
RACI matrix uses statement of work and work breakdown structure.
Statement of work : gives the decription of the all the work that needs to be done in the project,
It contains data like Project ownerm company profile, project title, project description.
Work Break down structure: it is the order of the wok that needs to be completed by the team in order to complete the project so that the objectives of the project are met.
