Project closure document

Project closure document is the final end document produced after the end of the project .This document is used by the high level management to understand how the project is helpful for them in future projects and they also gather information from project which they learnt and prepare a document. As this document helps them to take measures for their upcoming projects. This document formally closes the project.

This document states that the project is completed with agreed requirements. It also consists of financial closure between the client and company. It gives you complete information about the product and also asks when the product is live the feedback of customers, and also whether the company could reach profits.

The document mainly involves all the departments that they have completed the project, giving the assurance that requirements are been satisfied. The main key role of any project closure document is that the project is completed with the agreed time, budget and quality and assurance.
