HOW TO RUIN A RELATIONSHIP WITH THE CLIENT

Every company is established to make a profit for the company or profit makes from whichever work doing by the company and doing well for every client of the company every client has not profitable for the company but the company gives the solution for that company because the company maintain the relation value of the company and give proper services to the particular company but when company rich a certain position and unable to give proper services to the clients and clients are facing some issue then company management decided the stop serve the services which client is not profitable for the company. The company doesn’t say directly to the client but command instructs the appropriate solution manager who handles the particular company and the solution manager are start the ruin the relationship with the particular client

  1. Stop Quick Responding

Every client accepts the response from the company if any issue has occurred with the related software/ product given to the client. The client wants at least to lesion the query and take the response to the particular problem and send the process of fixing the issue or problem. But if any client is not profitable for the company and the company want to remove the same client from the list of a client then the solution manager avoided the take responsibility for the particular company and that’s why the client is not happy with the company’s service and client want to change the relationship with the company

  1. Be slow

If any client is not profitable for the company, then the solution manager is given slow service to the particular client and also inform the client of various problem to delay the fixing the solution but every time the solution manager gives the slow service

  1. Offer Faulty Products

If having product base company and any client has not profitable for that company then the solution manager of the company offers that client some faulty products and when the client complains this then solution manager ignores the particular client and is busy with another client in such cases also client wants to change the relationship with other company

  1. Lacking transparency

When the company gave great importance to transparency to the clients and developing processes, documentation, and organizational levels, the client also makes more comfortable doing business with the company. But if any client is not profitable for the company, then stop the transparency level daily and avoid permitting the client, ruining the relationship with the client.

 

  1. Broken Promises

If you got a promise from anyone and he/she did not complete the promise, how do you feel? The same goes with professional life when a company representative gives any promises to the client and not completed the particular promise then the client’s trust goes down in the company and the client wants to look at another company for doing business and fill his requirements.

  1. Poor reporting

Reporting is the most important part of the client and the company client gives the reporting from the company which provides the requirement. The client asks for company reporting for each phase ex. Development phase testing phase, etc. client asks for an update about the project and the company is laying able for given the report to the client if this reporting is not working well a problem has occurred between the client and the company then the client is not showing interest to the particular company also when the client is not profitable for the company then company do not take the reporting to the client or give the poor reporting and this is the process of the ruin the relationship with the client.

  1. Discrediting the team

At the time of doing the project the company has taken the deadline of any work and at the time of the deadline which is accepted by the company the particular task has some minor issues and the task is not completed by the deadline and every time doing this activity by the company because the client is not profitable for the company then the client is not given any more trust on the company and changes the company asap

 

  1. Ignoring client’s needs

If once any client is joint with any company, when the client required any requirement then the client gives this requirement to the company and the company also gives proper service to the client also company wants the client not to go to any other company for taking any requirement. But in the case of the client is not essential to the company or the client is not profitable for the company then, when clients require any type of requirement/need which is helpful in the project the company ignores the client’s requirement, and hence client goes to another company asap.
