SWOT analysis is a organised list which explains the internal factors and external factor of the company. Swot analysis is found to be helpful to see and identify the good performing business areas. This area will become the important success factors and they will benefit your business by identifying it as an advantage. Identifying these strengths can be useful to make sure not to lose competitive advantage.

GAP Analysis

Gap analysis is a comparison process which helps the company or enterprise to compare their current performance state and their desired future state of the organization in order to understand the differences (GAP) that need to be addressed.

Root Cause Analysis

Root cause is a type of analysis which helps to identify the origin or roots of the problems, so that company can make sure it wont repeat. It helps to find the origin of the problem which occurred in the process or an event. In an event things which make the smooth flow of process difficult is considered as an issue and the repeating of the same event over a period of time is considered as problem.
