COMMUNICATION METHOD:

A Business analyst spends most of the time in interaction with clients, developers,testers and other stake holders. BA works as a bridge between
Client and technical team , so its very important for a BA to have strong communication skills .If a requirement is not communicated properly to the
 team it may lead to project failure .

As a core responsibility of BA , he/she will interact with the client to gather the requirement through requirement elicitation techniques as below ,

BA will use any one of the technique or a combitination of two or three depends on the clients problem /situation in order to gather requirement.

Communication method depends on type of stakeholder and the situation . For example :During interview technique with the client oral communication
is used and during questionaire session written communication is used .

BA uses different techniques in order to communicate like data modelling , Powerpoint , graphs , images, Ms Word , etc .Each and every 
communication should be clear and use of simple and understandable language is must so that it reaches easily to the end receiver .While asking
 questions to the stakeholder we should follow the rule of 5W 1H (why,what,who, where,when and how).
Business analysis involves communicating complex technical details in easy-to-understand language to stakeholders, including developers, 
administrative personnel and senior management.

Effective communication ensures that information is provided in the right format, at the right level of detail, at the right time, to the right stakeholders, 
leading to the right results.
