The nature of business, the stakeholder expectations can give rise to change of requests, which need to be managed to avoid the problems. Change requests differ in number and complexity in the projects which may occur in before, after or during implementation of the solutions.
We have to know what exactly the scope of change request. A change request could be related to the business, stakeholder, or requirements. Make a feasible study with the technical team and note the efforts to be taken for incorporating the change request.
The project manager must provide an initial approval if the business analyst needs to move further in analyzing the change requested
In case change request is complex then the scope of the project drastically increases there in turn leads to increase in delivery time.
