Business process Modelling is process of graphical representation of identifying the potential improvements.

A Business process is step by step sequence of events and it is performed by a business user to achieve a specific goal to achieve the desired outcome and specific goal by using methods and tools to Analyse, re-design, execute and monitor business processes, with the aim of improving their performance. The improving performance  can be from Assets and Resources of it can be Financial, Human Resources, Technology or materials. It follows the steps like some of them can be manual or spreadsheet or a sticky note or computer or a business persons or they might be using software, they can have variations and exceptions it varies or it can be following the same sequence steps example of registration of course.

Main reason of using Business process modelling is to know the work when can it be done, when the job starts, Finishes and if the job is on hold also.

The main agenda for behind using this Business process modelling is to give the best output by improving process efficiency, training by complying with industry standards and it  is used to map 2 different states process: As-IS states about the process currently right now, without making any changes or improvements and TO-BE, the future state, after making the changes or improvements.
