Business Analyst –
· A Business Analyst who is the mediator between stakeholder and technical team. He acts as connecter between them. BA have to be understand business logic, problem, and opportunities in the form of requirement.
· The role of Business Analyst is to work with the development team to document the processes involved in the software development life cycle. This process includes documenting the requirements, design, testing, and deployment phases
· A business analyst is any person who performs business analysis tasks. Business analysts are responsible for discovering, synthesizing, and analysing information from a variety of sources within an enterprise, including tools, processes, documentation, and stakeholders. The business analyst is responsible for eliciting the actual needs of stakeholders, which frequently involves investigating and clarifying their expressed desires in order to determine underlying issues and causes.
Responsibilities of a Business Analyst
1. Client Interaction – Interaction is defined as the business analyst’s ability to relate, cooperate, and communicate with different stakeholders such as executives, sponsors, colleagues, team members, developers, vendors, end users, customers, and subject matter experts (SMEs).
2. Ownership of Requirement – A requirement is basically need of customer. As A Business analyst BA have to be take ownership of that requirement.
3. Process Re-engineering – Typically, it involves the analysis of company workflows, finding processes that are sub-par or inefficient, and figuring out ways to get rid of them or change them.
